Background

St. Scholastica Primary School is a large urban school serving learners from Grade 1 to Grade 9 across two streams per grade. With the rollout of Kenya’s Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), the school needed to integrate ICT into daily teaching and learning to enhance educational outcomes and meet new curriculum standards.

Our Intervention

Device Deployment

Tablets were supplied to all classes from Grade 1 to 9, ensuring each stream had access to digital tools.

Connectivity & Control

Content access points and Class Management Software enabled teachers to monitor and guide students.

Safe Device Management

Charging cabinets were deployed in each class for secure storage and simultaneous charging of tablets.

Curriculum-Aligned Content

Klickit CBC content was installed on all devices, giving both teachers and learners access to structured digital lessons.

Capacity Building

Comprehensive teacher training sessions were conducted, focusing on practical classroom use of the tablets and troubleshooting.
