Modernising ICT Infrastructure
Background
St Mary’s Sportsview Academy is a large private school with two computer labs and multiple classrooms. With CBC, they needed to upgrade both their digital classrooms and outdated computer labs.
Challenges
The school had outdated Pentium and Core 2 Duo desktops that couldn’t run CBC software. They also needed digital tools for CBC integration across classes.
Our Intervention
Device Deployment
48 tablets were deployed for use across classes, providing adequate resources for ICT integration.
Connectivity & Control
Installed content access points and Mythware software to allow teachers to manage digital classrooms.
Safe Device Management
Charging cabinets were introduced to ensure tablets were secure and always ready for use.
Curriculum-Aligned Content
Preloaded Klickit CBC Interactive Learning content to support interactive learning.
Capacity Building
Conducted extensive training sessions and provided in-classroom support for lab and classroom integration.
Computer Lab Upgrade
The lab was fitted with 35 brand-new Core i5 7th generation desktops capable of running CBC software.
Impact
